I've seen the GW tufts but only used the Army Painter ones. I was tempted to get some GW for the same reasons as you. The sizes and the amount in the pack, but if it isnt realistic enough with a white border too, I think I'll stick with the Army Painter stuff.
Thanks for the video review. I was looking for some static grass replacement(it just looks cheap...). And I thought about giving the GW Tufts a try but thanks to you I will give the Army Painter ones a shoot!
Glad you did this. I would have been PISSED if I had spent the money on the GW tufts. The white glue paste is extremely unacceptable. This stuff isn't cheap but I was considering it since the Army Painter tufts don't vary in sizes the same way. Looks like I owe you one.
Hmmm thanks a lot for this I honestly thought there would be no difference I just thoughe they would be the same product but GW more $$$.

I suspect they paint the underside before application. That'd be a lot of hassel!
